S2E Base Racks
These racks are Base racks for S2E or Expansion Racks for S2T/S2
The first slot is only for an interface module that is used when the rack is expanded
The second slot is always for the power supply - a power supply is required for all racks
The third slot is for the CPU and only used on the base rack.
The rest of the slots are for I/O cards.
